We stand behind every purchase — full refunds for technical failures
When refunds are available
If you paid but were unable to access your premium report due to a technical issue on our end, we will give you a full refund.
If you simply changed your mind after accessing the report, we cannot offer a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your payment details and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.

What we mean by technical issue
A technical issue is when the payment succeeds but your report fails to unlock because of a system problem on ChanceSHS. If the report does unlock and you simply change your mind, we cannot issue a refund under this policy.
